About Me (Tuan Nguyen Gia)

I am a senior AI Scientist at Silo AI – Europe’s largest private AI lab. Prior joining Silo AI, I was a senior researcher at TIERS – University of Turku focusing on developing edge-AI approaches for time-critical applications and autonomous systems including drones and UAVs

I am also an adjunct lecturer at Fudan University. I am recipient of Nokia Foundation, Finnish Foundations for Technology Promotion and Ulla Tuominen Foundation’s excellent research award.

My works spans m-health, data science, wearable and mobile computing, edge/fog computing, machine learning and AI, embedded and autonomous systems, drones, UAVs, and Blockchain
